Where can I collect the keys to the apartment?

We will contact you to ask about the expected arrival time when you will meet our check-in agent who will give you the keys and give you all the useful information for your stay.

For some of our facilities you will also have self check-in available so as to be even more free at the time of arrival.

From what time is the apartment available?

Our check-ins are from 15:00 to 19:00.
After 19:00 there is a small extra cost for late check-in.

How can I reach the 5 Terre?

We recommend that you reach the 5 Terre by train. The trips are short. In the summer months the Cinque Terre Express service is active which runs from La Spezia to Levanto and stops in the 5 villages of the Cinque Terre National Park.

What time is checkout?

By 10:00, unless agreed in advance.

Where can I buy the 5 Terre Card?

You can buy the 5 Terre card at the reception centers of the Cinque Terre National Park or online on their official website.

Are there free parking spaces in La Spezia?

Yes, we recommend parking for free in Piazza d’Armi.

Can I access the apartment before check-in time?

If you arrive before check-in time, please let us know and we will do our best to satisfy your request.

Are the paths of the 5 Terre for free?

Payment is required only for the SVA Path (Green Blue Path, ex n.2).

What are the ferry timetables for Lerici, Portovenere and the 5 Terre?

You can find all timetables and routes on the official website “Navigazione Golfo dei Poeti” and “Cinque Terre Ferries”.

When will I receive the self check-in instructions?

If you have chosen an apartment that provides for self check-in, the day before arrival you will receive all the instructions in the email you indicated when booking.

Where can I rent a boat?

To better enjoy the Ligurian sea and coves with your family or friends, we offer you the boat rental service with departures from La Spezia, Lerici, Portovenere, Cinque Terre.

We will send you all the information on available boats and the best offers.
Places are limited so we recommend booking the service well in advance.
Contact us and we will organize the requested service for you.

Can I change the dates of my stay?

Yes, contact our booking department to receive all the information you need to change your booking.

Is an advance payment required?

Depending on the rate chosen, a deposit or full prepayment of the reservation is required.

Do I have to send the documents first?

To facilitate check-in operations, we ask you to send the documents in advance in order to register from our office. However, it is not mandatory, you can show them directly upon arrival to your host.

Where are the beaches?

In our territory the free or equipped beaches are located in Lerici, Portovenere and Monterosso al mare. For more information, do not hesitate to contact us.

How can I add services and rentals (scooters - e bikes, etc.) to my stay?

Our goal is to personalize your holiday in the best possible way, so do not hesitate to ask for information about the services you have seen or to ask for something different to make your holiday unique, we will do everything to satisfy you.

Can I ask for information or purchase services and rentals even if I have not booked with you?

Certainly there are no problems ask us for all the information and we will know how to respond to your needs.
